The Growing Demand for Hologram Stickers

It is an exceptionally vital problem to address to for both the producer and the buyer, both of whom are deliberately hoodwinked and eye washed regarding offering or purchasing the item in the nearby market. The part of security hologram stickers come to be correlated as these hologram stickers avoid the fake enactment submitted by the black business marketers who have the aim of offering the item in the customer showcase at low costs and under manufactured name. The part of hostile to fake stickers / logos additionally assumes an unequivocal part in keeping the innovation of your item sound. This will ensure the diversions of buyers who pay for the quality items. With fake industry and bootleg market climbing and making change, the item makers think about hostile to fake 3D hologram stickers as the true response in due order regarding all their necessities.

The security 3D holographic stickers are intended further bolstering offer good fortune to the definitive itemized producers and also wholesalers and retailer who offer the items in the business. The security stickers are seen as the symbol of inventiveness and as the outcome of it, the clients feel sure that the item they are purchasing is unique and safe. Hologram Manufacturer makes these uncommon multidimensional images for the holographic stickers through the fusion of interesting laser methods. The procedure offers an extreme battle to the black business marketers who are generally watchful for the chances to make quick income work by doubling the items. The best thing about the holographic stickers is that they carry significant serenity to the clients as they know great that the item they are purchasing is a quality item and is produced from characteristic elements. There is no defilement of any sort in the item with holographic stickers. In straight terms, the item bearing hostile hologram stickers obviously indicates that the item is safe enough to be utilized and has all the fixings and constituents as given on the item name.

Not at all like the fake items bearing copy names, the Security multi dimensional hologram stickers seen on the item likewise help in the advancing the brand in the business. A client who purchases the item from the rectal shop, structures a supposition about the item right from seeing the opposition to fake multi dimensional holographic stickers. The holographic stickers are seen as the part of brand distinguishing proof and each item assembling an organization strives hard to improve remarkable brand distinguishing proof such with the assistance of their logo, and this can be done with the help of the genuine security hologram stickers. Only conjecture for a brief moment what will be the general client response when she / he uncovers that the 3d image of the holographic stickers is doubled. It is here that organizations are laying more accentuation on against fake 3D holographic stickers to keep their brand safe and secured. This can be done by hiring a proper holographic Sticker in India manufacturing company for acquiring hologram stickers for their brand.

Technology behind Hologram Stickers

The holographic technique was originally developed by Dennis Gabor for which he won the Nobel Prize in 1971. The method he innovated proved instrumental in improving the functioning capacity of electron microscopes and still very much in use in electron microscopy. As far as commercial exploitation of the technique was concerned, (for use in optical holography), it had to wait till the invention of the laser technology in the 1960.

The advent of laser technology enabled the making of optical holograms that recorded and stored 3D images. With the passage of time the manufacturing process became more and more refined. Nowadays, holographic labels and stickers are made in different formats-transmission holograms (holograms using rainbow transmission technology are the latest refinement), reflection holograms, and Specular holograms. Originally, the holographic method incorporated the use of high frequency lasers that were expensive but presently diode lasers are used for making almost the entire range of holograms.

The Holographic Technology:

The holographic technique makes possible the recording of a light field that is produced as the result of reflection of light rays from different objects. Thereafter the light field is recreated in the absence of the original light source or sources. The holographic technology is to some extent akin to the system of sound recording where the sound field produced by resonating objects (musical instruments for instance) is programmed in a manner for reproduction later on.

A hologram is made when a light flash light up a scene and the imprint on the recording medium is captured. Additionally, some part of the light beams called the reference beam must be directed upon the recording surface or medium. Lasers invariably serve as the light source for recording holograms and they must be of prescribed wavelengths. Much like the photographic procedure, holographic images have to be recorded in a dark room within a specific time frame (exposure time). The exposure time is monitored using an electronic timer that automatically beams the laser rays for a prefixed time period and then shuts it off.

A somewhat improved arrangement for recording and capturing a holographic pattern comprises directing the laser beam on the recording surface via a number of intervening mediums that alters the beam in various ways. A beam splitter is the usually the integral intervening element used to bisect the principal beam into two similar beams going in two different directions. An interference pattern results when two distinct laser rays falling on the recording medium intersect with each other. This pattern, which is embossed on the medium is the raw or unrefined version of the hologram design that’ll be ultimately printed on the sticker or label.

Of the materials that serve as the recording element, a highly concentrated silver halide film is extensively used for capturing images with a very high resolution.

High Security 3D Holographic Stickers

Every year manufacturers spend a lot of money to produce goods and services with a hope that consumers would buy and appreciate them. On the other hand, consumers expect to get a total value for money. However, sometimes counterfeiters destroy this harmonious producer consumer relationship, thereby causing a loss to both consumers as he does not receive the promised quality of product, and the manufacturer as his brand image and revenue are crushed to pieces by the counterfeiter.
Counterfeiting is not a new phenomenon; it has been prevalent since the olden days. Easy access to technology and lack of measures on the part of manufacturers are some of the major causes of counterfeiting. However, with some smart moves the manufacturers can stay a step ahead of the counterfeiters and can facilitate the consumers with the high quality products.
Hologram stickers are a great way to put a stop to counterfeiting practises. Hologram stickers can be easily integrated into printing as well as packaging practises and have a vast field of application. E.g. manufacturers of passports, currency, toys, cars, credit card companies etc. can easily employ Hologram stickers to fight counterfeiting.
Holography is a process by means of which visual information can be recorded, stored and replayed in 3D (three dimension) form. While some holographic techniques are well evident to the human eye, there are also some machine read 3D holographic labels. While the former is most commonly used on products like books, cartons of milk etc.; the latter is used for high security purposes. Machine read holograms leave very little room for error and can be checked easily at the point of redemption or any random verification place in the market. They ensure a high degree of accuracy and are very effective in creating a safe and secure environment.
Whenever a 3D holographic sticker is held against light, a series of images become visible. Due to the property of “parallax”, twisting or turning the sticker in the presence of light, enables the observer to see a scene from a different depth and angle. This is primarily due to the presence of micro structures fused within the holographic sticker, which diffract the light falling on it.
Often, there are complex optical patterns on a hologram, which encode data about the appearance and depth of the photograph. These types of holograms require high precision optical instruments, lasers and other photo sensitive materials to create a master copy of the security hologram. Also, some holographic pictures can only be observed under certain special types of lights, which provide an additional level of security and verification.
3D holograms are extremely difficult to forge or reproduce as they are precisely duplicated from a master copy (highly difficult to create), by using complex as well as expensive machinery and tools.  Even the slightest tampering or scratching of holographic sticker destroys the infused image. The level of security of 3D holograms is well evident from the fact that passport makers, credit card makers, IDs, book publishers or even currency printers still employ them to avoid counterfeiting.

3D Hologram - Best Way to Safeguard Your Product from Cheap Imitation

Using 3D holograms has become the most easiest way to secure one’s business. Thousands of companies are using it all over the world.

Current competitive business environment where ‘me too’ products are ready as soon as  one launches a unique product in the market and this trend is prevalent from high-end electronic items to low cost plastic items. It seems everywhere copying is high, and people try to use the value of brands by imitating them at very low cost. One can find imitation watches to imitation Armani suits at half the price available in the streets of their cities.

Any business product needs to be saved from such fake products to survive in the market, and using 3D hologram is one of the cheapest and best ways to keep the uniqueness of the product intact. 3D hologram is widely used nowadays to keep imitators away. Any producer or marketer can use this technique of 3D hologram to safeguard his business interest while launching a product in the market. They can use it in innovatively in packaging, so that it will be difficult to copy or at least make a cheap imitation of it.

3D hologram is a sticker, pasted on a package and made with advanced technology; objects and images are visible, differently in a hologram, while looking at it from different angles. It has some imaginary depth or dimension,   which is not present in an ordinary hologram. Ordinary hologram can be copied very easily but imitating the exact copy of a 3D hologram is somewhat difficult,  if not impossible.

A business needs a well managed strategy to ward off any type of competition coming in its way. It is difficult but many companies have successfully implemented their business strategies successfully and created a demand for their products in the already competitive market. Top notch companies all over the world have used different tactics to ward off competition coming before them, like secret formula of fried chicken; though anyone can fry a chicken but KFC has created a niche for them by innovating their recipe as well as keeping their secrets intact. The same is true for McDonalds and Coca Cola as well.

But this secrecy is not an option for businesses like clothes manufacturing, or any packaging items including throwaway eatables and electronic toys etc. In order to ward off entry level competition of cheap imitation of their product one can take refuge in easy solutions to maintain the uniqueness of their product. 3D hologram is one of the many solutions easily available to any manufacturer today. By using this technology of 3D hologram one can easily ward off entry level competition as imitators do not find 3D hologram copying process as business viable as it will eat their profit and raise their cost.

Producers can also use 3D hologram packets for packaging their products which will also hinder the entrance of copycat me too products in the market for competing their products. All these will lead to enhanced brand value and brand positioning of any product that a producer can leverage for the growth of their brands and getting more value for shareholders and end product user.

Using Security Holograms Is The Best Way To Hit The Black Market Of Counterfeits

Counterfeiting has emerged as a troublesome epidemic in past few decades. It is viable in almost every segment of the market all over the globe. Whether it is food products or medicines, or cold drink, or milk, or anything that is in demand, fake products are found everywhere in the market. Duplicate products are a threat to the market and to the society, as these have evil effects because of their poor quality. There is a range of methods that can help brands from getting counterfeited.

A number of companies have started using security holograms to tackle illegal counterfeiting. There are many kinds of security holograms that are made considering the brand and the quality of the product. However, it might be possible to imitate the style, make and quality of a product, but it is never possible for fakes to copy the uniqueness of a security hologram.

The glittering foil or the sticker on medicine packages, bank cards, food products, deodorants, or many other products of your favorite brands are actually security holograms. These stickers and foils are made in a way that it reflects the brand’s message along with its logo, if seen from different angles. Moreover, these are given unique secret codes that are provided by the manufacture, and which can not be copied in any condition. Even more, while designing and preparing holographic stickers, there is intense security and privacy that no one gets to know what exactly is happening inside the lab. These safety labels are made using different technologies and are of different kinds; such as- 2D and 3D Holograms, aluminium holographic stickers, laser stickers, thermal printed labels, barcodes, promotional holograms, warranty stickers, etc. All these are meant for different purposes and have different uses.

Offering great safety solutions, various hologram manufacturers offer customized services to brands and products. These labels are made according to the requirement of the product manufacture. After the designing of coded holographic stickers and foils is completed, these are pasted on the product package by the manufacturer.

If it is to be used on bank cards, it will contain encrypted data along with a unique code and details about the customer, bank, account, and many other pieces of data; these sets of data can only be read by the bank systems. If a faker decides to fake the style of a bank card, he will copy the looks, and the codes that are visible on it, but it will be impossible for him to copy the secret codes in it.

Similarly, for food products, you can see small rectangular or a square sticker pasted on the package that will reflect the brand logo from different angles. You can check the hologram employed by the manufacturer on the website of the brand.

By using security holograms, it has become possible for many to say a big NO to counterfeited products. These are like relief camps in a flood caused by counterfeits.
